1. General
Who can benefit from NRG’s products and services? In general, there are two primary customer groups, both involved in industrial scale operations:
• A party which disposes of large amounts of biomass or (potential) secondary fuel streams
Upgrade a broad range of input streams (biomass, aluminum, manure) into commodity solid fuels and/or recycled materials. Biomass widely available from forestry, nature conservation, agriculture and industry like wood chips, reed and agricultural residues can be used as input materials:
- Local recycling of a range of biomass e.g. mixed with secondary fuel input streams
- Profitable business case
• A party looking for energy/output products
Factories or industrial size operations (for example in brick manufacturing) generally have a high (and with expansion often growing) need for greenhouse quality energy, the cost of which takes up a large chunk of the operational expenses.
By introducing clean and cost-effective energy generation by recycling readily available local feedstock, biomass or secondary fuel streams, substantial savings are achieved on the energy bill. -
2. Greenhouse Case – Reference Project
Greenhouse facilities consume high volumes of natural gas. With a carefully designed and configured NRG MFPP plant, secondary fuel streams can now be used as feedstock to power the greenhouse.

3. Future Applications
The versatile setup of NRG’s MFPP installation allows different applications and use cases. NRG is developing various other applications of the referred technology, e.g by using manure.
